Anybody still have one of these one row planters? I haven’t used it in a long time I remember when my dad got it new. Don’t have all the plates anymore but I think I found one that will do for sunflowers. It will sow them heavy but that’s all right. IMG_4898.jpeg
Yes we do and the
uses it every year to plant our garden . If you can identify the maker you might be able to get more plates .

I did a quick google search and I’ll be darn, they still make a version of this! I don’t see a name plate on mine. I’ll have to do some research and see if the plates are the same.

My dethatcher doesn't work all that great when I'm not towing it behind my aerator at the same time because its designed for a box store ride on mower with a hitch about 3" lower.
This causes the tines to be up off the ground.
So I thought I would try flipping the bracket to the top side if the dethatcher.
Seems like it could work. I took my 5 year old to tractor supply to pick up some hardware and to check out chicks
this time of year they have a bunch of baby chickens. My kids enjoy checking out the chicks
I got the bracket mounted up with some longer bolts and a stack of washers.
The times now contact the ground
And it lifts up properly
The trip to the store took longer than the mods.
You also need the backhoe transaxle to pull one of these dethatchers

Believe it or not, when I was a kid there was a family that had an amphibious car! Only one I remember seeing. It looked similar to this only green.
